Get Noticed on LinkedIn (the Blueprint!)

In today’s newsletter, I’ll give you a big picture overview of what to do if recruiters aren’t reaching out to you on LinkedIn.

If you aren’t getting enough interview requests, job offers and opportunities flowing your way, it doesn’t mean there's anything wrong with you.
LinkedIn has a billion users. It takes a little strategy and effort to get noticed - but the results are worth it!
It could simply come down to your LinkedIn profile not being fully optimized.
And when I say “optimized” I mean that you aren’t doing the things that will get you noticed by the right people.
To get more interview requests and (better) job offers, you need to get the attention of recruiters and hiring managers. If you aren’t getting noticed, how can they invite you to an interview?
To get noticed by the right people, you can follow this blueprint:
I wish I could tell you that all your problems can be solved by just changing your LinkedIn headline or uploading a better headshot.
But the truth is that if you aren’t getting noticed on LinkedIn, there's a bigger problem.
Your messaging isn’t targeted enough.
You haven’t put yourself in the shoes of recruiters and hiring managers.
And you aren’t clear about the problem you’re solving for companies.
Once you get these things right, your message cuts through the noise and recruiters are much more likely to notice you.
