Get paid on time with this simple trick

You know the routine; the big company requires you to deliver on time, with correct quality exactly following the general terms they made you sign when you got the order.

You do all you're supposed to do and when they are gonna pay your invoice, it gets complicated, sometimes really complicated. Suddenly the general terms are not so important any longer. They blame bad processes, that they have handed your invoice over for payment and can't do anything more. You just have to wait, or call the accounts payable department in Bangalore.

We said this won't do. Like everyone else, we want to make the world a better place so we reached out to help our clients become better corporate citizens. You know, many of the large companies have very high ambitions to be best in class corporate citizens. And, in most fields they are. However very few are particularly good payers, so we figured we'll help them.

Note that the "PAYNOW Company" I use below is a phony name; replace it with the name of your collection agent (you need one).

PAYNOW Company (they call themselves a collection company) will issue a reminder, plus a fee (because you are late). The fee is similar to what we would have had to pay if we bought something from you and paid late. They will also charge you 2,5% per month in overdue interest. We know, these costs hurt and are difficult to account for. It's a good thing the PAYNOW Company are experts at getting paid.

This is our incentive to you:

If you pay as we have agreed (or faster) all the hurt goes away, and you also get a bonus: you climb the ladder to become an even better corporate citizen. And we get paid on time so we can pay our suppliers on time also. This is truly a win-win-win.
