When I was 12 years old I was struck by a mac truck. And those days on island life was carefree, children playing in the streets however and whenever (those were the days).
I grew up still being carefree and wild, with only brushing thoughts about my future.
Most people underestimate the profound impact of daily habits, but these ten changed everything for me.
Do you knwo what I learned?
No one was coming to my resuce.
And If I realy wanted out of that particular situation, then I had to find solutions, fast.
- I created a plan 0 write the vison and make it plain.
- I found am accountability partner. even when you have something n paper, the tendencey can be there to not always stick to the plan. stick to it.
- i found what works for me: getting up learly in the mornings. That may not work for everyone but it does for me
- i make time to reflect daily
- i learn from others (I do pick and choose because cold baths in the morning is a big NO for me)
- Listening to Inspirational Content: Podcasts, TED talks, etc., for motivation.
- I feed my mind, body and spirit
- Deep Work Sessions: Allocating uninterrupted time for high-concentration tasks.
- Time Management: Effective planning and prioritization of tasks.
- Healthy Eating: A balanced diet to fuel the body and mind.
- Use regular checklists (especially for big tasks)
- Connect with others
- Always come back to the plan
