First impressions are very important thing in Linkedin. To catch busy Recruiting/Hiring Managers following things should be done to get noticed.

Name & Subtitle: - Your Name should be with prefix or suffix of your Qualification and subtitle should clearly state your designation.

Professional Summary in About us field of Linkedin: - Professional Summary in About us field in Linkedin gives a very clear indications of your Skill, Background & your key Attributes. Example - A CFO with 15 Years of Experience in ITES sector with experience of raising three rounds of Fund raising from Private equity.

Each job tenure should describe all the details: - One should mentioned all his/her job profile in the current and past Company he /she has work for.

Example - You should have written: - Working as ‘Assistant Team Leader’ for clients based in UK.

My portfolio consists of 10 to 15 clients each month, with the following responsibilities:

1. Prepare management accounts in SAP, Xero and Net Suite as per PRD (Procedures, Responsibilities and Deadlines) agreed with the client. This includes preparation of Management reports and Balancesheet supports every month, with departments and cost centres for entities registered as LLP, NGO and Companies.

2. Prepare management letter as a supporting document along with Management accounts to help the client to improve their business

3. Filing of VAT return for clients registered with HMRC in U.K.

4. Prepare ECSL and Intrastat for clients registered with HMRC in UK.

5. Extract monthly P11D reports to determine the benefits an employee receives from his employer, apart from his salary.
