The Gift

The Gift

James 1:16-17 “Don't be deceived, my dear brothers. Every good and perfect gift is from above, coming down from the Father of the heavenly lights, who does not change like shifting shadows.”

Abba Father good morning – What thoughts are you thinking when you hear the words every good and perfect gift? What emotions are generated deep within the inner-core of our life? What does it look like within our mind? What emotions are within our heart? What stirs within our soul? How do you feel when someone hands you a gift? What’s the first thing you do? Do you hold it? Unwrap it? Open it? Embrace it? Do you use it? Hoard it? Share it? Is this gift new, used, recycled? Does its value determine use? Are you thankful, grateful, appreciative? How does this gift impact our life? A free-gift is rarely free. Everyone has encountered a gift with strings attached to someone or something. The ways of this world puts value on everything. The way it appears wrapped with a bow, ribbons, tag. Personalized and unique. Fancier it looks the more its worth. All this outside appearance has purpose of drawing our inner attention. The gift inside might or might not represent what the outside appearance stimulates deep within our heart, our mind, our soul. Our very inner-core of thriving life. Have you ever looked at the outside and judged what was inside? The ways of this world influenced by satan’s untruthfulness has learned to attract with appearances of fancy lights, neon signs, billboards, gifts, balloons, and the word free. Powerful stimulants. All with restrictions attached. All this has intention to deviously draw our life in with strategic delusions, deceptions, untruth presented at its best. If not extremely careful our life can become trapped, confined, consumed by the ways of this world. Slowly overpowering our life with what’s on the inside not the outside. Deception at its very best having delusions with appearances filled with ungodly untruthfulness. The living bible teaches about a gift transforming hearts, minds, souls. Renewing, refreshing, redeeming, restoring all life’s brokenness. A gift for our imperfect life with everlasting hope to sustain, unconditional love to endure, compassionate forgiveness to release, eternal life in heaven to let go of bondage of the ways of this world. This living bible is an anointed gift wrapped in truthfulness from Genesis 1:1 to Revelation 22:21. Filled with wisdom, discernment, affirmation, faithfulness, promises. This book of life is overflowing with everlasting life breathing gifts of God’s powerful life-changing undeserved grace absolutely-free; un-earnable, un-purchasable, un-creatable, and un-achievable within the ways of this world. We can hold it tightly. Un-wrap it freely. Open it joyfully. Engage it willingly. The ribbon is the living bible. Wrapping is the word of our living God. Opening is a life of faith. The precious free good and perfect gift is our Lord Jesus. Engaging is believing, accepting, trusting, following our living God, our Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit. The gift is a life of undeserved grace breathing eternal life into life’s brokenness with anointed sustainable life from everlasting life in heaven. Every life can breathe God’s powerful cleansing, redeeming, restorational undeserved grace with free-gifts of hope, unconditional love, compassionate forgiveness, eternal life in heaven. We have a choice, a decision, a way of life to choose. We can un-wrap the ways of this world opening gifts of ungodly delusions, deceptions, untruthfulness. Or willingly un-wrap the way of God the Father, God the Son, God the Holy Spirit. Opening everlasting free-gifts renewing, refreshing, redeeming, restoring all life’s brokenness. What gift are you un-wrapping? The gift opened will live deep within our inner-core within our heart, our mind, our soul. How is this gift impacting our life, family, friends? Reflect with utmost urgency throughout this day. Be cautious on the ungodly ribbons of the ways of this world and attentive to Godly ribbons wrapped with truthfulness within our living God, our Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit.

Father – Thank you for always loving me unconditionally. Forgiving me compassionately. Believing in me continuously. Pour anointed, sustainable, protected blessings upon my imperfect life. Open my heart, my mind, my soul to hold tightly, un-wrap freely, open joyfully, engage willingly all gifts of undeserved grace breathing eternal life into life’s brokenness with anointed sustainable life from everlasting life in heaven within you Abba Father, Lord Jesus, Holy Spirit.
