So, you finally get a chance to think and plan away from the chaos (now that your team are busy attending parties and winding down to Christmas). The foundation of a successful start to 2025 begins with smart planning and setting up the success as you close out 2024.

Launching a new strategy when you return to work in the new year could result in you stalling your ‘fresh start’ momentum as you sort out how to best achieve your intended results. This is especially true when you are learning a new system. The quiet period as you finish out 2024 (factories are closing down, tradies won’t start a new project, etc) is a great time to learn new systems or platforms. You get to 'play' with less interruptions and be familiar ahead on the new year.
