Global Decentralization Emerging

Global Decentralization Emerging

The closer you are to the center of society the more remote and detached you become to its periphery. As a result, you may not see what is emerging out there on the frontier. There is an emerging growth in decentralized centers of local networks operating on a global scale.

I am a part of this transition. In my latest Substack column, Centralization - Decentralization in Transition, I pick up on my previous column, As the Center Does Not Hold, The Periphery Grows, to point to changes that I see taking place.

Part of the reality that we are facing is a reversal of organizations that push their programs to their extremity. Centralization is one of those strategies. This reversal will return equilibrium to the relationship between centralization and decentralization.
