Global Order Book 2025: proves again The Italian Sea Group as first yacht builder above 50 metres in Italy and second worldwide.

Boat International has just compiled and published the global rankings. As a leading global yachting magazine it annually analyses the order portfolios of 177 active shipyards across five continents, ranking the world’s top yacht builders for vessels exceeding 24 metres in length.

Excluding the production of the Tecnomar for Lamborghini 63, TISG, with 22 active projects for a total length of 1,356 meters, has claimed second place worldwide in the superyacht and megayacht segment and fourth in the overall global ranking, improving by one position from last year and four positions since 2023, underscoring its consistent growth trajectory.

The results highlighted by the Global Order Book confirm the Group’s strong positioning, supported by positive growth trends and solid financial results.

In the first nine months of the year, TISG recorded an 11.4% increase in revenue, a 16% rise in EBITDA, and an order portfolio valued at approximately €1.3 billion, with scheduled deliveries extending to 2027 and a steady production pace.

The company’s business development and the high visibility of its backlog have also enabled it to confirm the 2024 Guidance and the 2025 Strategic Outlook previously communicated to the market.

Similarly, the results of NCA Refit, which recorded a 5.8% increase in revenue in the first nine months of the year, affirm its position as one of the most significant players in this specialised business segment on a global scale.
