GLOBAL PARTNERSHIP ON CYBER-PHYSICAL THREATS. CI-ISAC INTERNATIONAL & CRIME STOPPERS INTERNATIONAL
Critical Infrastructure-Information Sharing & Analysis Centre, International ( CI-ISAC International ) & Crime Stoppers International (CSI) share a common vision of fostering secure and more resilient communities through collaboration, trust, & the proactive sharing of vital information to generate useful intelligence. Our two organisations have signed a global partnership agreement to collaborate to help all sovereign countries better address the complex interdisciplinary domain of cyber-physical threats that impact all sectors of industry in all countries. We jointly recognise the vital role of empowering individuals & industries at a whole-of-nation level to contribute to collective security—whether by building trusted cyber communities to protect critical digital infrastructure or providing safe, anonymous channels that enhance physical security and crime reporting.
Together and aligned with the principle of #TrustedLocal = #TrustedGlobal, CI-ISAC International & CSI embody a shared commitment to leveraging innovative tools, partnerships, and community-driven solutions to anticipate, mitigate, and respond to threats spanning the cyber-physical domain to ensure a safer and more secure world for all.
CI-ISAC International was launched by Saskia Bruines, the Deputy Mayor of the Hague on 1 October 2024 as a not-for-profit, international non-government organisation headquartered in the Hague Security Delta to fulfill a two-pronged mission - 1) provide cyber threat intelligence (CTI) capacity building for all sovereign nations to help protect their digital economies & critical infrastructure by building trusted cross-sector integrated cyber communities within & across industry sectors so each country can leverage the best technology/intelligence platform, resiliency resources, and industry peer-to-peer network to better anticipate, mitigate, respond, and recover from cyber threats within their borders, and 2) anchored by new, industry-owned/led sovereign cross-sectoral CTI capabilities, CI-ISAC’s Hague headquarters will operationalise the World Economic Forum’s global federated data sharing model to enable more efficient, effective, and proactive global CTI fusion to prevent cyber threats, rather than respond to cyber incidents.
Crime Stoppers International (CSI) is a global, non-profit organization dedicated to supporting public safety and reducing crime through anonymous tip programs and community partnerships. CSI supports the efforts of multinational corporations and law enforcement worldwide to stop, solve, prevent and disrupt serious and organized transnational crime. CSI empowers individuals to report criminal activity without fear of retaliation, fostering safe channels for information sharing that assist law enforcement agencies worldwide. Through its network of local and national Crime Stoppers programs, CSI encourages communities to contribute to crime prevention, helps solve cases, and brings criminals to justice. CSI's mission revolves around creating safer communities by enabling the public to play an active role in crime reporting, while respecting individuals' rights to remain anonymous.
The operational sharing of cybersecurity and physical security threat information between these two specialised organisations globally via their expanding national membership networks will contribute tangible/practical outcomes that enhance all countries capacities to defend their citizens and societies from cyber-physical threats.
