How do we effectively conduct a ME Day? - Part 5
For those who are new to this newsletter. We have 1 day a week for each of our team members called ME Day to improve things related to the learning day.
It's what we call our thinking day.
I told my team to use it according to their strengths and means.
However, many start skipping it. So, I created this checklist.

- Which small task, if automated, would have the biggest impact? → Focus on automating small but impactful tasks that could create a significant difference.
- How can I automate communication or responses in this process? → Explore automating emails, messages, or responses to streamline communication.
- What steps can be triggered automatically based on specific actions or conditions? → Implement triggers that activate next steps automatically when certain conditions are met.
- What manual approvals or decisions could be handled by a rule-based system? → Set up rules to automate decision-making for routine approvals or selections.
- What task could I automate to save an hour each day? → Focus on automating a time-consuming daily task.
- How can I set up automatic follow-ups for tasks? → Create automated reminders to ensure nothing slips through the cracks.
- How can I use Chat GPT to handle parts of this? → Leverage AI tools to automate complex, data-driven tasks.
- How can I automate data entry to reduce manual work? → Set up integrations between tools to automatically populate data fields.
- What actions can be triggered automatically when certain conditions are met? → Set up if-this-then-that (IFTTT) triggers to handle routine actions automatically.
- How can I use automation to ensure consistent quality control? → Build in automated checks or balances to maintain quality throughout the process.
- How can I automate document or contract creation? → Set up templates that auto-fill key information for generating contracts or documents.
- What training or onboarding steps can I automate? → Use automation to guide new employees or clients through onboarding processes.
- How can I create an automatic rollback of a few steps? → Set up automated rollback to prevent mistakes in the process.
