My dear Afghan friends,

It is time to say “Good-bye”. For the last three months I have met and talked with hundreds of you face-to-face. I have helped you develop businesses across most key industries, earn money for your families & communities, and build your Afghanistan. I have systematically analyzed key problems & challenges in Afghanistan and developed solutions for key topics including healthcare, food & nutrition, housing, infrastructure, electricity, communication, education. I have created and explained detailed step-by-step action steps that help you become successful in simple, practical ways.

From early morning to late night, I met with you individually, analyzed your situation, developed customized solutions, answered questions, and offered practical advice. Afterwards I went home and created written guidance on key topics to help Afghans across all Afghanistan. I did so for nearly three months. I did not have a day of rest. I spent my own time and expenses serving you. I risked my health and life for you travelling across Afghanistan and engaging with all people groups!

Finally, I had to leave Afghanistan. So, my service for you has come to an official end now.

It is time for you, dear Afghan friends, to step up and implement what you have learned.

Dear Afghan friends, you also must build Afghanistan yourselves!

No country can expect foreigners to build their country. It is your country, your future, your home, your responsibility! If you do not build Afghanistan, nobody else will!

Yes, you need to sacrifice yourselves to build Afghanistan!

“Unless the corn of wheat falls into the ground, it remains alone. But if it dies (for others), it will bring forth much fruit!” The holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) taught this principle to HIS disciples. It is the same principle that industry expert & business advisor Alex Steinberg followed serving you. If even a German sacrifices his life for you to help build Afghanistan, is it not reasonable to expect that you as Afghans sacrifice yourselves to build your own country?!!

Stop whining! Start taking action!

There is a lot of suffering in Afghanistan. About 90 percent of the Afghan people are at or below poverty line. You do not have the luxury to sit on the sideline and watch! Many street children, widows and single mothers roam hungry the streets. Many families cannot afford to give their children three meals a day and heat their homes during winter at the same time. You do not have the privilege to withdraw and complain about political situations. Your complaining, whining, and offering excuses does not help anyone. Stop being part of the problem! Start becoming part of the solution!

Educated and wealthy Afghans, You must make a greater contribution to help build Afghanistan

“To whom much is given, much is required!” taught the holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) who one day/ soon will return to earth when the Almighty God will judge the world and each person on it. Educated and wealthy Afghans you received education and wealth not only for your own edification and benefit, but you are accountable by the Almighty God to use it to proactively build your country, Afghanistan! At the judgement you will not only be judged for every wrongdoing, but for every good thing that you should have done, but did not do!

Become successful so that you can help others and serve as a positive role model.

You must first become somebody, before you can be a role model for others! That requires daily effort, daily learning, committed personal growth. You must first earn money, before you can give money to others. You need to build wealth, in order so that you can share wealth!

Stop looking for jobs, start your own business (with others)

You will not build wealth, by applying for jobs. The job market in Afghanistan is very limited. The best thing you can do is to start/ build business(es), earn money, create jobs, and address the needs of millions of Afghan people.

Young Afghans contribute value!

In many Afghan families the oldest member of the household is sadly the only person that earns money for all other family members. This puts a tremendous burden on one person. Students should never just study and live at the expenses of the family. Every student should look for a part-time job or start a small business to earn money. At the very least a person should do an internship in a company to learn how to do business. It is better to work for free and get practical experience than wasting time on idle things!

It is time to forgive people from the past and let wounds heal.

Afghanistan is a war-torn-country. You all have suffered so much! You all have lost loved ones. You all have seen your comrades, neighbors, friends, and family member shot up and killed. Only when you start forgiving each other you can build Afghanistan into a prosperous nation.

Yes, this seems humanly impossible. But the holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) showed his disciples the way to forgive all people, including enemies.

Ask the Almighty God for HIS divine personal guidance and empowerment for your life!

Start praying directly to the Almighty God. Take your prayers beyond religious repetitive actions. Speak to the Almighty God in your own words. Tell your hurts and wounds. Ask to the Almighty God for HIS personal guidance for your life: business, family, relationships. HE created you, so HE knows what is best for you. The Almighty God will guide personally as you approach him directly. Pray for HIS guidance throughout the day on each decision for each important action.

Make your prayer personal: Pray in your own tongue! You are not an Arab! If the Almighty God created you as Afghan with the Dari or Pashtu language, then HE wants you to speak in your birth language to HIM!

Study key success principles from other people that do successful business in an honest way!

Like there are physical laws that govern the universe, so there are principles that determine success in business. Observe and learn from those good and successful businesspeople. Study books that teach how to successfully start and build business. The holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) offers in Injil (the Holy Bible) much detailed guidance on how to build organizations, lead teams, and create fruitful communities. Those principles work very well for all people around the world. Use those principles also for your guidance and blessings!

Pick the right role model

The holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) gave a clear description and action steps of how to build a society that would be according to the will of the Almighty God. When the holy Isa Al Masii will return, the Almighty God will judge each individual person on earth.

Isa (Jesus) who is in heaven now knows the way to heaven. Would it not help to know HIS teachings that tell how you can be absolutely sure that you will go to heaven? Every Muslim must respect Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) that includes to study HIS teachings in Injil. (Doing otherwise would be disrespecting HIM!).

Do you want to go to heaven or do you want to be buried in the sands of Medina? Where do you want to spend eternity? Choose your role model accordingly! It is your life, your decision, and your consequences!

Live your life to the glory of the Almighty God – Do it for yourself, your family and Afghanistan!

“What does help a person to win the whole world but loses his/ her own soul. For what price could that person buy back his own life?” the holy Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) asked the religious leaders of HIS time. What will your answer be, dear Afghan friend?

Keep perspective. “It is appointed for each person to die, but afterwards the judgement”.

Use your abilities, talents, skills, resources, and network to build Afghanistan!!

I love you, my dear Afghan friends, I love Afghanistan!

A few days ago, I almost died in Kandahar. Arrested by a war-traumatized-Taliban police officer under senseless charges (“talking with businesspeople without written permission in a restaurant”) and freezing to death in a prison cell, I was praying for you and the future of Afghanistan. Shortly before dying the Almighty God saved my life. In the power of Isa Al Masii (Jesus Christ) and by the hand of a good Muslim man, I was miraculously set free and enabled to leave your country. I love you, my dear Afghans, and I wish Afghanistan to prosper. I cannot return to Afghanistan, but I will cheer you on in my prayers: Use provided guidance and build a prosperous, beautiful Afghanistan!
