Grant Westfield's 2025 Interior Trend Predictions
With 2025 fast approaching, the Grant Westfield team is looking ahead at the most popular interior design trends. We expect nature-inspired and organic materials to continue to dominate, with a real emphasis on relaxation. From desired colour palettes to bathroom layouts, Marketing Manager Lidia Kane outlines the upcoming trends using our two brands, Multipanel and Naturepanel .
Warm Neutrals
Over the past few years, we've seen a growing desire for interior spaces that evoke a sense of calm and relaxation. The warm neutrals trend responds to this, with palettes ranging from beige and taupe to soft browns and muted wood, reflecting the Pantone’s colour of the Year 2025, Mocha Mousse. Lidia explains how versatile these shades can be:
"There are many ways to use these trending colours in your bathroom. From wall coverings to coloured ceramics, along with various materials and finishes, warm and neutral colour palettes will help you create a unique and personal bathroom. There's also the added benefit that these shades are versatile and wonderfully relaxing, which you're unlikely to tire of. Who wouldn't want a calming bathroom sanctuary where you can escape to for a luxurious soak or refreshing shower?"
Biophilic Design
Incorporating natural tones and materials in bathroom spaces was a popular trend in 2024 and one we expect to continue next year. Bringing the outdoors in not only helps to refresh your space but also promotes relaxation and well-being.
We recommend embracing green and woods when changing your bathroom to fit the biophilic trend. Look at natural hues like Sage Green, Salvaged Plank Elm and Brown Cuneo Oak to create a calming space in your bathroom. Paired with plants like eucalyptus in your shower and potted plants around the bathroom. With this trend you can transform your space despite the size, into your own botanical base.
Another option would be to lean into stone and marble finishes, giving the appearance of the outdoors whilst maintaining a clean, modern aesthetic. Lidia recommends Multipanel finishes such as Valmasino Marble, White Terrazzo, Levanto Marble, and White Mineral to create a stunning and luxurious look that embraces nature.
Stone Drenching
There has been rise in the popularity of ‘drenching’ surface trends in bathroom design over the past few months, meaning that a singular surface or material covers an entire room. These look set to continue and develop as we head into 2025, in particular, stone drenching which is an expanse of stone used across surfaces. This gives wall panels a clear advantage due to the lack of grout lines - helping to really bring this trend to life. With this trend already a leading topic in interior design, we expect our already popular stone-effect panels to be even more favoured over the coming months.

Larger Bathroom Spaces
As well as overall bathroom aesthetics, we also predict a shift in how bathroom spaces are laid out, emphasising maximising space and avoiding interiors feeling cluttered or claustrophobic. Lidia explains further:
"For the first time in several years, we’re seeing a shift to creating less but larger bathrooms in the home. To tap into spa aesthetics and create a space that promotes wellness, space is required to avoid feeling hemmed in.
This means we’ll see bigger, showstopping products, from baths to double showers, which will be specified with a focus on the whole aesthetic. It isn’t just about choosing larger items but also considering how they work in tandem with surfaces, from walls to floors. A bigger bathroom means a bigger expanse of walls to fill, and therefore, consideration needs to be given to this area as much as any other."
Eco-friendly Choices
As consumers become more conscious and aware of where products come from, many look to find the most sustainable and eco-friendly options in all their purchasing decisions and home design is no different. Both Multipanel and Naturepanel hold an EPD as well as being FSC® certified, making them an ideal choice for the environmentally conscious homeowner. Lidia says:
"From a product design point of view, while the look and functionality will remain a focus, the drive for more sustainable products will feature more heavily. Consumers are becoming even more savvy and actively seeking more eco-friendly products. Those delivering a mixture of sustainability and aesthetically pleasing products will be the winners in 2025."
