Green Shoots continue to grow.....

CCA Recruitment Group in Scotland and the North as well as the rest of our UK business has and is still working through what is a challenging time for a lot of companies. With this challenge it has also allowed us to look at the opportunities our market presents and we continue to evolve in the ever changing environments we are working in.

With this said always at the heart of how we work is the people whom we work with and in particular our candidates, clients and colleagues. I am very proud and privileged to say that during this time we have continued to support people, help develop their careers and give opportunities within businesses when the UK and the rest of the World are still adapting to an environment none of us have ever seen and hopefully will never see again.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our staff, our candidates and our clients for the continued support and to say we will get through this together.

We have delivered and placed people in a number of roles across Scotland and the North (as well as the rest of the UK) in the last couple of months and whilst this is not our “normal” volume of roles it does show there is still opportunity and partnering which is happening and will continue to happen in the market and we remain focused and positive to support everyone where we can.

Over the last 4 months we have placed over 142 people into employment and it is exciting to see that opportunity exists at both agent level as well as senior hires such as:

• Partner Managers
• Resource Planners
• Operations Managers
• Senior Manager, Analytics & Client Insights, EMEA (Speech Analytics)
• Team Leaders

 As we move into the next phase of new “normality” we are confident this will continue to grow and CCA will showcase some of our additional service offerings.
