In January 2019 we launched our growth campaign on LinkedIn because we did our research and knew the immense opportunity for organic visibility and engagement. Our goal was to connect with decision-makers in the health and healthcare space, increase our authority, build a community rooted in trust, and drive high-quality client acquisition. 

Growth Strategy:

Our strategy from the beginning of the campaign was to position each of our profiles as individual niche leaders in the healthcare space:

  • Shanee´ Moret - Leadership and Healthcare Marketing
  • Courtney Harring - Insurance Credentialing and Medical Billing
  • Joy McAdams - Physician Liaison Expertise and Healthy Lifestyle

Growth Results:

In just 16 months we've grown a community of nearly 400K professionals on LinkedIn, generated over 100M organic content views, and increased our revenue by 1000%. The best part is that we've done all of this via ORGANIC content only.

As a point of reference, these growth outcomes would have cost us between $700,000 and $1,000,000 in paid advertisements.

These calculations are based on CPM (cost per 1000 impressions) being between $7.19 and $11.20 on social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and YouTube (Source for the chart below: How Much Does Social Media Advertising Cost in 2020?)

3 Tips for You to Grow on LinkedIn:

Three things you need to know to grow:

  1. Own your story: Your story is what will help differentiate you. There may be 1M people that do what you do, but there aren't a million people with your story.
