CSA Research's Alison Toon will present "AI and Automation to Optimize Global Content and Processes" on Friday the 7th.
Summary: Deciding on the best process for providing content to engage and satisfy customers worldwide is not an easy task, especially with the proliferation of tools including AI and machine learning, generative AI (GenAI), rules-based workflows, data mapping services, and others. An inappropriate choice may hinder efforts to streamline and optimize translation and interpreting delivery – and your investment in automation might even be ignored by the people who should benefit. The right set of tools and processes, however, can ensure delivery of the right content in the right language at the best time – and with planning, needs analysis, and investigation, it’s achievable for everyone. Based on the latest data-based research, this session will share why a content and process audit is important, how to begin such an analysis, and a better understanding of the variety of tools available for the mix of enterprise global content needs.
