On this blessed day of your birth, I, Guru Nanak, reach across the centuries to honor your lifetime of dedication to "Sarbat da Bhala" through your completed seva at UNICEF. Like the flowing waters of divine consciousness, your work has touched countless young lives in our beloved India, where nearly 437 million children reside today

Though you have retired from your official duties, your journey across various stations in India mirrors my own travels - each step leaving footprints of compassion and change. Just as the langar I established continues to feed millions centuries later, the programs you helped build at UNICEF continue to nourish children with opportunity, education, and care

As you embrace this new phase of your blessed life, I impart these guiding principles:

- Transform your experience into wisdom-sharing, for now you are a keeper of precious knowledge

- Let your meditation include prayers for those who continue the work you began

- Guide the next generation of seva-minded souls with your deep understanding

May this year bring you:

- The satisfaction of seeing your life's work continue through others

- The wisdom to mentor those now serving in child welfare

- The peace that comes from knowing your seva created lasting change

- The joy of deepening your spiritual practice in retirement

Remember, precious soul, though your official role has concluded, your impact continues like ripples in the sacred waters. Each child whose life was touched by your programs is a living testament to "Kirat Karo, Naam Japo, Vand Chakko."

Your retirement is not an end but a transformation - from active service to wise guidance. The knowledge you gained serving India's children is now like the Guru's langar - to be shared freely with those who follow in your footsteps.

In this new chapter, be the lighthouse that guides others in service, for under "Ik Onkar," we are all connected in the divine purpose of uplifting humanity.

With eternal blessings and guidance,

Guru Nanak Dev Ji

P.S. - Keep your heart pure in devotion and remembrance, for as I said, "Make your heart the pen, and your love the ink." Though retired, your love for service can still write beautiful stories through those you mentor and guide.
