Podcast with Kory

Recently I was invited to guest on a podcast with Terresa Zimmerman of Wood Underwear. Her podcast, called Main Street Matters, is all about the menswear industry from the perspective of small business owners.

Terresa dug into the background of the shop and the ever-changing day to day operations, but mostly we talked about the relationships that we at Ken’s continue to develop and maintain. We chatted for 1.5 hours, but the podcast only came out to 36 minutes — that’s some serious editing!

I would love to know your thoughts on the episode. I have so many stories about the shop and our wonderful customers and employees, and I’ve been thinking that it’s time to begin telling them.

Ken’s Travel Blazer

The ultimate travel blazer has become a mainstay at the shop. This textured, lightweight, durable, patch pocket, quarter-lined navy blazer is amazing!

We’ve been pairing it with everything except neckwear— from t-shirts to dress shirts, from jeans to slacks, you can style every outfit sublimely with this single jacket. Best of all, it breathes to keep you cool and remains wrinkle-free, even while you travel.

It is available in sizes 38R to 48R, and 42L to 48L.

As of September we will also be carrying this blazer in black, to pair with your fall and winter outfits.

Come Sale Away…

Our Summer Sale has begun! Each week we will continue to add more items, so drop in often to see all the additions and price changes. Key items always go first!

Sale items are marked 25% to 50% off, but we also have many items on our clearance rack for even bigger discounts. We look forward to showing you all the selections!

Save in every category, including suits, tuxedos, coats, slacks, jeans, shirts, polos, dress shirts, ties, shoes, and belts.

Travel with Ken’s

Please share your travels with us this summer — we would love to see some of your favorite Ken’s items being worn all over the world. This customer brought his Ken’s custom tux all the way to Korea!

We would like to put pins on a world map to see where everyone has traveled so far, and my goal is to have a pin in every country across the globe!

As always, thanks for reading and being part of the Ken’s community!

Kory Helfman all of the edits to our recording where of me uhming and 'well, so'-ing. Such a fabulous time. And YES, keep telling those stories. I know we only scratched the surface. So much fun. Thank you. Main Street Matters a LOT!
