  • AI in RecOps: Experience First - Inspired by a recent talk I gave to the Members Only Ashby RecOps Community, I write here about why designing Recruitment Operations must be from an experience-first point of view. Candidate experience, Recruiter experience and Hiring Manager experience.

  • The Founder's Hype Cycle - After working with several startups over the past several years, I've come to realise that all founders tend to go through the same psychological and emotional journeys and wanted to see if I could plot that out and write more about it. More as a way of letting founders know what they experience is normal. A chance Whatsapp message with Hung Lee gave me that encouragement.
