HAPPINESS AND SUCCESS

Being happy is the basis for a successful life and the key to fulfilling your dreams and wishes. If you are only happier for a single moment more of your life, then the work was already worth it. Sometimes we need a little help and support from other people, and better yet, from specialists that would be glad to share their knowledge and their experience. Recognise the change as you transform your life into the greatest gift you’ve ever received. Become the master and captain of your life!

Like everything else in this world, happiness and success are coupled with laws of nature. Learn these laws of happiness and success, so that you can apply them in your life.

In my book and course “LIVE HAPPILY! LIVE SUCCESSFULLY!” you will get to know yourself and find out who you are, what you indeed are, and why you are – whether you like it or not. If you don’t like the results, change them. I’ll show you how you go about making the necessary changes in your life.

Learn to accept the situations and characteristics that you can not change but change what you can change. If you earn little money or you do not have the position you want and think that you should have, you can and must work on that. So, you have got to find other ways to achieve what you want to be happy and successful.

Are you unsatisfied with your body? Your height is genetically determined, but you can work out and adjust your eating habits to become more fit and healthy.

Everything that is preprogrammed can be reprogrammed. The difference is that you are now the programmer, not someone else.

Live your dreams and live your life! Every moment counts, for every moment is one of a kind and won’t ever come back. What has happened is in the past – we are in the here and now. At that moment, you’re living in full consciousness and are designing the course of your future. Every thought and decision influence your future – whether that comes in the next second, or the following year. In the here and now, you have control and power to shape your life as you dream of it.

Everything that you see used to be just a thought. Your thoughts shape your life. And whether you have large or small dreams: it all depends on you. I encourage you to build great dreams and beliefs because it will cost you just as much effort as if you set yourself small goals.

Polarities determine our life. Each wave has a negative and a positive extreme. Our world is composed of energy, and thus of waves. Taoism emphasises the unity of opposites, namely Yin and Yang.

Why are some people happy and others are not? For me, happiness is the most significant wealth, for what more wonderful thing exists than living happily and successfully, enjoying each moment in its fullest and viewing life as a gift, rather than a burden? Along the path of life, the sun will not shine the entire time, and it is all about mastering even the hardest of times with hope and faith. Listen to your feelings, no matter what they are. Feel the happiness and feel the sadness. Learn to deal with them and to make the best out of it.

Recognise all your feelings and learn to understand what your unconscious or subconscious is trying to signal you. Work on what you want to achieve and keep it always in mind.

It’s not about dancing through life, sky-high and jubilant, but rather about experiencing the good times with more intensity and making it through the difficult times even better. It’s not just about accepting everything that placed your path; it’s about finding your inner paint with which to colour in your life.

Happy people have a super positive radiance, a wide grin on their face and would like nothing more than to stroll through the streets dancing and singing. Happiness is a state which we can reach if we are satisfied and in harmony with our life. Inner peace and inner harmony allow us to radiate joy.

When I’m happy, I feel truly successful, because that’s when my smile shines brighter than the sun ;-) Happy people have an optimistic and positive attitude toward life.

You create your own happiness when you make the best of every situation, when you set goals for yourself and when you successfully reach them.

We humans need recognition. We need to be our own biggest fan. That’s possible when we accomplish things of which we can be proud.

You can create happiness by exposing yourself to happy situations – like, for example, a walk through nature or a conversation with happy people. Just be happy in the here and now and with what you are and what you have.

Be happy with yourself in the here and now!

That is an essential point that I want to share with you. Compare it to the soil. If soil is not fertile, even the very best of seeds will not grow. If the soil is fertile, then nearly all seeds will germinate. The same happens within you. If you are happy and satisfied with who you are and what you have, then you have access to a fertile plot, where you can bring all the seeds you want to sprout.

and everything else will follow!

The next essential point is that you have to decide in which environment you would like to live. Let me make a comparison: a palm doesn’t grow, at least not well, in cold regions, as it needs warmth. A polar bear, on the other hand, needs the colder areas to survive. If you do not enjoy your present surroundings, and it is not suitable for your life and your progression, then leave it and find your ideal environment for your growth, your happiness and your success in life.

What is stopping you from living more happily?

Write your ten most important goals in your happiness journal and then select the three most important out of the ten. Now write these three goals on a small piece of paper and keep it with you always. Repeat it, whenever you have the opportunity and be just as happy as if you had already reached them. Write your desires in a positive form in the present tense: ‘I live a fulfilling and happy life!’ and not ‘I do not want to be unhappy any more’. Be confident that your goals are believable for you so that you can work your way toward high goals step by step. Be ready to pay the price for your goals. If you want to be able to bench 100 kg, then you’ve got to be disciplined in going to a fitness studio and working out. In the beginning, you might be able to do 20 kg, making your next sub-goal 30, but your main goal is still 100 kg. I call that gradual goal setting. Set yourself certain times by which you will have reached the sub-goals – so-called milestones – and by which you will reach your main goal.

Self-confidence is an essential pillar of happiness. People with low self-esteem concentrate more on their weaknesses, which wastes so much energy that they really need for focusing on the crucial things in life. Strengthen your self-confidence, because that will help you to be happier and more successful.

How do you strengthen your self-confidence? Exactly with the same steps, which you use to strengthen your happiness. They are both programmed values that you can reprogramme.

Why do we actually have to learn to be happy? Did our basic programming fail, or does society cultivate it out of us throughout our childhood? Why is it so much easier to fall down than to stand up? Those are a few questions for you to think about!

And now I’ll show you how you’ll be happier. Use the techniques to change your feelings.

Learn to be happy with what you are and have. You have everything within you to live happily and successfully, but you have to recognise it, value it and build on it. You are a unique and valuable person because you have the gift of life. Be aware of what you have and use your potential! Love yourself more than anyone or everything else, because you can only give what you have and feel.

Make the best out of every situation

Every coin has two sides, just like every situation. When you experience a beautiful situation, simply be aware of that and enjoy it in all its intensity. Many people say, ‘Well, I sure am lucky’, with which they mean that they did not really deserve it, that it was pure chance and that they are waiting for the next low point in life to hit. When you experience a difficult situation, start by stepping back emotionally. Look at the situation objectively and ask yourself what the worst thing that could happen would be. Next, accept the situation and focus on what you can learn from it. Concentrate on positive and constructive thoughts.

Set goals and enjoy reaching them. With a clear ‘why’, you can get the necessary motivation. If you’re striving towards big goals, be proud of it. You will accomplish something that very few others do.

We people like being praised. Recognise yourself and your accomplishments and celebrate them. Be proud and expect even more! You have to be your own biggest fan. You can achieve that by doing something of which you can be proud.

For all the goals, you need strength and discipline. The more you want to achieve happiness and success, the more you have to do. Concentrate on the result and motivate yourself continually. Sit down and start working. Quit getting distracted! Prepare for your tasks thoroughly! Keep at it until you’ve reached your goals!

Inner peace, nutrition and physical activity are the three main pillars of our health. Your body is the temple of your soul, and you have to treat both very well. If you want to be really happy, your body and spirit have to be healthy and strong.

You can be as positive as you want, but if you are in a negative environment, you will tend to become that way over time. If you do not like where you are right now, go somewhere else. Find your place where you can be happy and in harmony with yourself and your environment.

The same counts for the people around you. Look for the kind of people, with whom you want to be together and who help you to be happier, and on the other hand, you help them.

When you concentrate your thoughts on thankfulness, you will feel a warm and pleasant feeling of happiness in your soul and body. It can also be a kind of tingle. You can be thankful for so much. Thankfulness attracts more positive thoughts, and you’ll feel how your energy changes.

Free yourself from the chains of your past. If you live too much in the past, you’ll lose your present and your future. It has been shown that forgiveness is one of the essential methods of living more happily. Compare it to a hot air balloon. It can only climb higher if it throws out ballast. Learn to forgive, and you’ll be substantially happier!

Your ‘why’ determines your path and creates clarity about your life mission. Ask yourself, ‘Why do I live?’. Be ready to receive the answer and fulfil your ‘why’. You are here on this world for a very special reason. Accomplish something that only you can do!

You can also create happiness by exposing yourself to happy situations, such as a walk through nature, a conversation with happy and positive people, a comedy, and so on.

Control your happiness through your consciousness!

Smile and tell yourself the following affirmation again and again:

‘I am happy and successful,

and everything is getting better and better with every passing moment!’

JUST BE HAPPY

You create your happiness and success when you search for and find the positive side of every situation. Tell yourself – and feel it – ‘I am happy and successful!’ Feel it more and more deep inside, until you really achieve it all.

Some people have many, others few – magical moments. What actually makes our lives worth living? Happiness in life depends partially on the magical moments. How long ago was your last magical moment? How many magical moments have you experienced in your life?

Happiness is a life philosophy for those who are happy because they have found real wealth.
