Happy 3rd with Harappa

Today is a special day for me as I celebrate my 3rd anniversary with Harappa . It has been an incredible journey of learning and growth, and I am grateful to Pramath Raj Sinha and Shreyasi Singh for giving me this opportunity and trusting me.

When I joined Harappa three years ago as a Sr Associate, Enterprise Partnerships, I challenged myself to close three stakeholders and embark on this new adventure in B2B enterprise sales. I learned from the best practices of my colleagues and leaders, including Nilanjan Kar , Shashiprabha Gupta , Varun Sharma , Anant Srivastava , Vardan Malhotra , Saikat Pal , Nancy Roongta and many others.

I am especially grateful to Shalmalee Nath , who has been an amazing guide and coach for me. She taught me the importance of being organized, structured, and attentive to details. I also learned how to prospect effectively and understand the role of SDR.

Working with the BFSI industry was a challenge for me, but I learned that the top-to-bottom approach was the best way to reach decision-makers and influencers. Anuragg S. helped me stick to this strategy, and it was a turning point in my career.

In my second year, I sharpened my skills and knowledge on the industries and markets I was working with, especially HR and L&D. I had the pleasure of working with Shefali Nanda , who was an amazing manager. She shared her best practices with us and gave us constructive feedback.

My third year was the best one so far, as I continued to improve my skills and learned what works and what doesn't in sales. I am grateful for Mahek Manik supervision, which made things organized and systematic. And a special mention to Avnish Datt helped me improve my qualification skills and prospecting methods with his amazing Sales masterclass on Objections.
