Yay — it’s #IntentionalMonday 

Here's how it works:

 STEP ONE: REVIEW YOUR GOALS

Set aside 10 minutes or so to evaluate your goals privately (if possible). Long-term (five years or more) as well as short-term (within the 5 years). It's critical to keep your mind focused on where you want to go and what you're working towards to guarantee you're not just performing 'busy work,' but that you're purposefully driving your business ahead.

STEP TWO: BRAIN DUMP

Get some paper or a notes app on your phone (I prefer to do this away from the screen) and perform a brain dump. What thoughts did you have during the weekend? Are there any significant dates you can't afford to miss this week? Do you experience a sense of confusion? Get it all down on the brain dump – it's so much better to get everything out of your mind and make sense of it all.

STEP THREE: CHECK YOUR CALENDAR

Check your calendar to remind yourself of everything booked in your agenda and to have a clear sense of what you're doing over the week. Add any essential events or reminders to your calendar that you may have overlooked.

STEP FOUR: SET YOUR TOP THREE TASKS FOR THE WEEK

Although you'll most likely be working on more than three tasks, these three are the ones that must be completed in order for your company to progress. These are the major projects that will influence your week. Setting three primary goals for the week can help you stay on track and lessen your stress (not all tasks on a to-do list are created equally)

** You may share your three main tasks with the community for accountability purposes in the comments, but don't worry if you don't – if you'd rather observe and do it alone quietly, that's OK too.**
