This is as we are meant to be, our hearts and minds dancing, filled with creative abundance and a feeling of freedom!
I get to take this FRESH Moment to acknowledge a Broken Agreement with EACH of you. I promised to be here, offering thoughts, ideas, moments, a break..each week, every week...and then I ALLOWED life to divert my energy.
I accepted chaos and a completely unpredictable schedule to rule my time and my choices. This is a NEW JOURNEY around the Sun...a New Book, a Fresh Page, a New Leaf..and my commitment REFRESHED!
There will also be a NAME CHANGE coming up, which will require each of you to decide whether or not you will continue to engage and to read and to follow along, for when the name change happens, Linkedin does not allow us to simply rename our Blog/Newsletter...it requires that a new Newsletter title means an entirely different subscription.
I recognize that this will mean attrition...that not all of you will choose to come along to the new iteration. I only HOPE you will choose to stick with me...to stick with us as we journey on...that you will say YES!
and...meanwhile...for you..as this new year beckons and life after the holidays speeds up dramatically...
...Pull your own intentions close.
DECIDE now What Kind of Year you are going to have this year...and then STAKE OUT YOUR TERRITORY...
Hold true to your intentions.
Take some quiet time, pausing to contemplate what is truly important to you, at this time, in this moment, for this year, for your life...will be a powerful contribution to clarity...to having it as your truth sees fit...as allows for your joy to shine through...

for that is where the buoyancy comes in...that which holds you up and allows you to grab a breath when all seems lost and you feel like your drowning...if the clarity and lightness are there in the setting of the intention, it will be your lifeguard..your very own Bay Watch Babe there to lift you up and breathe life into your lungs!

Call it to you now, my darling! Buoyancy! Joy! Love and Light! CALL IT TO YOU. Now.
Hold it close, as you clarify your intentions for this new year. Keep it close. Write it down. Often.
Keep it where you will be reminded when life hustles you off and whisks you away into turmoil and forgetfulness...keep it close so those moments do not buffer you from the recall of your prevailing intention.
Clear it a space.
Give it its due.
It's shining moment. It's footlights and spotlight.
This is how you retain it and IT retains its importance. The Light you place on it.
This is me formally offering my acknowledgement that I have broken my agreement with you to be here every week...I have let you down and I have broken my word. This is not okay.
I am not beating myself up about it. This, in itself is a victory...and I will also acknowledge that (hint! Hint!) and I will move forward and say that I commit to begin now, to bring what light I may into life and to serve those who wish to be served by me. I am here to serve and I shall endeavor to make good on that promise from here onward to the best of my ability.
I can only do this with the agreement from you to let me know if I have strayed or if I fail to bring light and joy. I request your honest feedback when you find this to be the case. I hope that you will all come and continue to play once the newsletter name change happens and the ride takes on a different color (see the Horse of a Different Color in "The Wizard of Oz" in order to better understand my inference here ;-)
