Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Thanksgiving!

When reflecting on what I am most thankful for, family tops my list every year.  2023 is no exception.  Being surrounded by family and receiving their unconditional love and support is paramount to my happiness and prosperity.  I (we) also have a professional “family” network, which is key to our individual and team successes.  Nobody can achieve professional success alone.  It’s a team sport and the journey is never on a straight path.  These strong professional relationships offer us motivation, inspiration, trust, and happiness.  Let’s be honest, we spend as much time with our professional “family” as we do at home or visiting with our relatives.  Unlike relatives, we choose who to bring into our professional inner circle, whether it be our colleagues at work, or the closest professional business relationships that we have.  This circle can be large, or quite small.  The choice is yours and there are no rules.  Regardless of size, this inner circle is as strong as it gets.  These people typically share our values, lift us up, celebrate our successes and are there to lend support when needed.  I’m blessed to work with the most talented team of Executive Recruiters and support staff in the Electrical Industry.  I’m equally blessed to have an extremely strong network of business relationships that has been cultivated over many years. In both cases, I consider my colleagues, client partners, and candidates that I work with to be my extended family.  Many have become far more than just co-workers or professional contacts.  I consider these people to be my “extended family” and for that, I am truly thankful.  I appreciate and value each of you more than words can ever share.  Your support and the opportunity to work with you every day mean the world to me.  As we enter the Holiday Season, I wish you all happiness and joy.  Enjoy meaningful time with friends and family.  Slow things down as best as you can and take in every minute.  The Holidays are truly magical!

Thank you for another amazing year!  I look forward to continuing our combined successes through the balance of 2023, into 2024, and far beyond.

Happy Thanksgiving!
