Apart from this it is mentioned here that as far as my concerned, i had worked for the Construction Organization of CPSU,Govt.of India for the last 40 years. During the period of my tenure most of works which relates to HRM/Admn./Talent Acquisition/CSR/Development of behavioural attitude amongst the TEAM Management have also covered and given full efforts in physical manner. Even long time ago i had also performed TEAM Building attitude amongs the staff resulted most of staff still giving 'Best Wishes for my reast of life due to my positive/helping attitude. Now a days i am also sharing my experience on various topis thru Quora online against which they have given their apprecaition on my positive response/guidence and even though some of said 'you have a good quality of responsive' and almost says on 'Positive Attitude'.
