I know that there is value in every role, at any level, and that how I show up impacts everyone. Paramount’s Vet Net has a common refrain: “What can we do to help?” Whether it's participating in events like Soldier Ride and Veterans Day Parade or providing internships, mentorship opportunities, and content distribution support, Paramount's commitment to veterans manifests in tangible actions that make a difference in the lives of those who have served. By collaborating with organizations like the Wounded Warrior Project , FourBlock , Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors , Student Veterans of America , and Military Basketball Association , Paramount extends its impact beyond the workplace, supporting veterans and their families across communities.

Recently, Vet Net’s Betty D. , was selected to join the prestigious George W. Bush Presidential Center 's Stand-To Veteran Leadership Program. This groundbreaking initiative offers each participant the opportunity to engage with distinguished professionals, educators, and experts in veteran transition and leadership development. The knowledge that Betty acquires in these sessions will enhance her role at Paramount and the lives of veterans, military service members, and their families.
