User adoption and data quality, means also committing to working on both training staff and having ways to combat and measure quality records. You are correct that companies invest in SFDC and expect magic to happen with their users and data, much like people purchase a Peloton and expect to lose weight. Oh wait, I have to commit to using it? and use it effectively?
