Everyone keeps talking about DigitalHealth, which is for sure, an important step forward and may lead to technology-driven innovations in healthcare – it holds the potential to improve our understanding of patients, enable the delivery of more convenient, individualized care.

And still we ask our selves: isn’t there more to be done? When we say “Digital” it actually means the full range: excellent communication, new products, excellent engagement with customers and providing superior services. Are we good at all of this? Can we be better? What does excellence on those topics actually mean?
