One of the first things I remember when I joined this company 3 years ago was the warmth, care and humility of the scientists in my team. Many started their careers on the front-line of healthcare whether that’s as dentists, pharmacists, ophthalmologists, surgeons or nutritionists (to name a few). I often pose the question ‘Why Haleon?’ to my team. The common answer is ‘Because I believe I can make a bigger impact on people’s quality of life globally’.

It’s our job to identify, assess, and enable robust scientific evidence to build trust and drive positive action. That positive action could be as simple as choosing a cold and flu remedy at the pharmacy. It could be making sure you overcome the fear of visiting your dentist. Or remembering to look at the latest pollen tracker.
