Heather Hansen Real Estate: COVID-19 Quick Update

I hope you all are staying safe and healthy as we continue through these unprecedented times. 

I am feeling blessed as our oldest son has returned home this Easter from Texas (poor kid left 80-90 degree, sunny Texas to drive to MN through a snowstorm!).  We are feeling whole and together, despite the circumstances, and we are grateful for a full house! 

Speaking of full houses, we are all getting super familiar with our home-space as we work from home, and whether you and your family realize you need new space or want to convert the space you are in -CALL ME!!!!  My team and I are ready to assist you in every aspect – be it a move or a remodel – we are here for you and we are STILL WORKING!!!  

In light of that thought, I want to reassure you that I am here, working away at keeping a thumb on everything real estate and to encourage you that amidst all this confusion, uncertainty and fear, I remain hopeful that the Twin Cities real estate market will remain strong and healthy.  Since the beginning of Gov. Walz’s stay at home order, we are still seeing new listings come to market, offers being made and accepted, and closings taking place.  In fact, now is a great time to consider next moves!  Just b/c we cannot conduct real estate business “as usual”, does not mean we cannot still conduct real estate business “as COVID-19” warriors!  We are embracing new techniques to keep ourselves and our communities safe and healthy, but still working.

All the men and women working construction are also warriors and working through this to keep our industry thriving – did you know that new construction and the housing market are one of, if not the top drivers of our economy!

So – bring it on guys – and let me and my amazing comrades in the real estate industry serve your real estate needs and keep things moving.  So, when we come out the other side of this – we will literally hit the streets running!! **Stay tuned for my tips on how to prepare your property for the post-COVID real estate rebound.
