Telefonica in Mexico: Nova Labs ' partnership with Telefonica recently achieved a 75% data offload on the Helium MOBILE subnetwork. Helium Mobile serves almost 250K subscribers across 24 beta Hotspots.

NYC school kids learn IoT & AI with Helium 🌱

In a recent partnership with One Planet Education Network, LLC (OPEN), Seeed Studio, Tingkart, RAKwireless, Ubidots and Hitechdb have deployed an IoT sensor network in a Brooklyn school garden. This project aims to inspire NYC students to pursue sustainable initiatives in driving educational programs and achieving public good in underserved communities enabled by the Helium IOT Network.

IOT Data Only Hotspots Onboarding Fees Reduced to $0.50

HIP 123 has been approved by the community, meaning the fees for onboarding and location assertion of IOT Data-Only Hotspots have been reduced to $0.50, respectively. This change is aimed at making it easier and more affordable for participants to join and contribute to the Helium IOT Network.
