Things such as the Courage Hackathon, the Humour Workshop, the Team B!tch Fest and of course, the periodic Team Re-Launches are detailed in terms of application and execution and examples from other teams are mentioned. 

If the Dashboard and Playbook weren’t enough, we’ve also devised help elevating the topic. This means we will hold a free Psychological Safety and Impression Management training or webinar for your whole company including the teams using it and your board and we will also help put together the business case around it and map its benefits to your organisational goals and KPIs so we not only grow awareness but aid with real buy-in regarding the topic of Psychological Safety.
