Helping put a smile on the faces of kids living with cancer...

From 1 July I have taken on the role of Chair of Camp Quality New Zealand. CQ is a charity that puts the smiles on cancer kids faces by providing fun activities, week long summer camps and weekend winter activities for kids 5-15 years old.

I have been volunteering as a helper on camps for 18 years and love to see the kids having such a great time trying out all the activities volunteers, businesses and community groups put on at each of the 5 camps around the country.

We need companions (18 years +) to look after the kids on camp one on one, plus others to help organise activities, raise funds etc If you would like to find out more then check out www.campquality.org.nz
