Let me tell you a real-life-story: Me as a Candidate looking for a Job in Stockholm 

Here is my Candidate Experience with Teamtailor: Me, a Senior Recruiter located in Munich, Germany, looking for a job in Stockholm. I started typing in google: German-speaking recruiter Stockholm. 

What a pandora’s box I had opened: 

Job ads popping up with LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor, Jooble and individual companies. While browsing through Stockholm’s job market I figured it was actually fun and it was quite easy to find jobs. I started looking companies up, checking their homepages, and many of them turned out to have really attractive career pages! Through these career pages, I could judge if I could see myself working there or not by seeing concretely how they work, what the potential future colleagues (= future lunch partners) are like, and if the employer seemed to be a cultural fit. 

The companies which caught my eye were indeed the ones with these amazing informative career sites, a super easy, quick and transparent application step, and that made me feel important and valued throughout the application journey. I had some really good candidate experiences in terms of engagement and treatment that felt personal and individualized during the interview processes I went through. 

Candidate experience is a great reflection of the overall experience of being employed at a company and candidates know there’s plenty of fish in the sea and if you’re not treating them with fairness and dignity, they will move on to another employer.

Companies I applied for, which used Teamtailor gave me an exceptional candidate experience:

Although I was primarily looking for jobs in recruiting, Teamtailor managed to catch my attention this way, and now I am approaching a year of happy employment here.
