Here Is Why I Am Who I Am

I, Anthony Marlo Barge come from a very humble beginning, I remember the ghetto streets, I remember section 8 public housing! I remember church folks donating us turkeys every year for thanksgiving meals. I remember Mrs. Clark from the Church of God of Christ buying Christmas gifts for my brother and I because my parents were going thru difficult times. I went through trial, tribulation, and situation! And went through ups, downs, and turns around in life as a kid.

When I turned 18, I vowed to myself and god to change my circumstances, environment, and my situation in life. From the ghetto streets to the Executive suite I learned early on how to adapt and overcome in life. By joining the United States marines corps, I learned even more about the core values of honor, courage, and commitment. The most highly decorated marine in marine corps history is Chesty Puller! He was the only marine awarded the Navy Cross 5 times, he served in the bloodiest battles, and everyone respected him because he had led by example!

The Puller's motto is Lead by example! I look at myself as the chesty puller of my industry because there's nothing I wouldn't tell someone else to do that I wouldn't do myself! Therefore, I lead by example in everything I do in life and that’s why call me the dream facilitator.

Anthony is a wonderful motivator and I love the moniker “Dream Facilitator” to describe his special sauce in helping and motivating others to reach their dreams!!!
