Here/Now/There/Then

Sitting in traffic, frustrated.

Our mind is on our destination. Or the fact that we might be late for an appointment.

And what that means.

We’re there…and then.

But that means we’re not here…and now.

The choice…always…is to be here and now.

Because we can’t be both.

And only one is real.
