Here's My 4-Step Process to Get Things Done Faster

Can I ask you how do you get things done?

Let me share with you my 4-steps to accelerated learning and implementation.

As coaches, consultants we attend seminars, workshops, webinars, we learn from amazing people who have done some incredible things...

...but how do you implement these strategies?

What works for you?

We live in times where you can have in your pocket access to thoughts, ideas, strategies and teaching of world-class leaders and speakers.

It’s incredible to reflect how much progress the technology has made over the last years.

Not that long ago you would go to a library to study the thoughts of the great minds. Now you can have in your pocket, Richard Branson, Tony Robbins and others.

...but back to the question: how do you put the strategies into practice?

Why?

Because we should judge the tree by its fruits.

There are so many coaches and consultants great at conversations. If you ask them for opinion, they will willingly tell you everything about so many topics, if it is: content advertising, facebook ads, building webinars etc, however when you ask them what results have you generated yourself using these strategies…. There is usually silence...

We know that the implementation is where the rubber meets the road.

This is one of the biggest challenges that we see that coaches and consultants constantly face.

I know how it is, sitting in front of a blank screen, scratching your head, and trying hard to come with all the answers by yourself…

or trying to learn how to put all the pieces together on your own...

And then trying to figure out the sequence, what goes first and what should be next or even worse, what if you missed a step in between...

It can be very confusing and overwhelming to say the least...

I have been there myself, and over the last decade, I have seen so many talented entrepreneurs, coaches and consultants not able to land paying clients because of lacking some simple digital skills.

The big question is what accelerates learning & implementation?

When I look back at my personal business journey and reflect where I made progress and what helped me to implement strategies,

I came up with these 4 simple steps

STEP 1: Process - I like to see both the steps as well as the sequence

STEP 2: Examples, i.e. seeing other people’s work - this triggers my imagination and starts the brainstorming process

STEP 3: Template - it helps me when I can kick things off using a simple template

STEP 4: Feedback & questions - after I take action, I like to get someone experienced, a person who has done it before to see the work I produced. Someone who can give me constructive feedback and tell me what went well and what could be improved.

*I also personally like competition - this get’s my creative juices flowing.
