HGLaser Hosts the 2023 New Energy Automobile Laser and New Technology Summit Forum

On April 21-22, the 2023 New Energy Automobile Laser and New Technology Summit Forum hosted by Wuhan China Optics Valley Laser Industry Association was successfully held in Wuhan. HGLaser, subsidiary of HGTECH, hosted and attended the forum, sharing the innovative practice of the integration of laser industry and automobile industry on the spot, injecting new momentum into promoting the high-quality development of the manufacturing industry.

From the accumulated technical experience in the era of fuel vehicles to the market demand connected with new energy era, HGTECH has always been a “Promoter for transformation and upgrading of automobile industry in China”.

 

We focus on the new materials, new structures, new processes and new equipment brought by the development of the automobile industry, and hope to bring new inspiration, new tools and new efficiency to the development of the automotive industry with laser intelligent manufacturing.

In the forum, Mr. Ye Zufu, general manager of HGLaser welding automation product line, delivered a keynote speech on “Typical Applications of Advanced Welding Technology in New Energy Vehicle Manufacturing”, sharing the technical applications of HGTECH's related business sections in the automotive industry, as well as the new technology applications and intelligent manufacturing cases brought by the changes in the automotive industry.

At present, about 50%~70% of body parts can be processed by laser. Under the trend of electrification, intelligence, networking, sharing, light weight and safety of automobiles, laser processing will have great potential!

Focusing on the key demand for in-vehicle high-speed communication in the new four factor (Electrification, networking, intelligence, and sharing) automotive and advanced driver assistance system (ADAS), we focus on three major directions: intelligent cockpit domain, autonomous driving domain, and body domain, and develop related applications for intelligent in-vehicle video box, MICRO LED matrix headlight, VIU, and 4D imaging radar to create the second growth curve.
