High performance concrete HPC C80 and HPC C130 Concrete in a new dimension


For more than thirty years we have been developing and producing UHPC Ultra High Performance Concrete binder systems with extreme properties and compressive strengths between 140 MPa / 20300 psi and 320 MPa / 46400 psi with easy processing.

Now we have copied the technical properties of our UHPC binder systems to our new binder systems C80 (80 MPa / 11600 psi) and C130 (130 MPa / 18800 psi).

High material strength and very high life expectancy even under the most adverse environmental conditions are now possible. Due to these high material strengths, smaller construction cross-sections are possible and thus the material requirements for concrete and reinforcement are considerably reduced compared to a standard concrete construction. Walls and slab constructions with a much smaller component thickness or larger column grids are possible.

Material-optimised stairwell and lift shaft constructions are also possible, for example. As our C80 and C130 binder systems are based on our UHPC technology, C80 and C130 concretes are non-porous and have a very high corrosion resistance and a high wear resistance compared to standard concretes. These binder systems are very well suited for concrete constructions on and under sea water. Due to the nano-binder technology, extremely fine surface finishes or very filigree design constructions are possible.

Processing is possible with standard concrete processing machines. Both binder systems are characterised by very good pumpability. Processing of recycling aggregates is possible without any problems. Both binder systems are recyclable.
