As part of our TMRGs, the MOSAIC group brings cultural groups within the company together, promoting Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. This makes HGV a comfortable and safe place to authentically be yourself, regardless of race, age, beliefs, sexual orientation or gender identity. Having this diverse mix of voices leads to better conversations, creativity, decisions and outcomes for everyone.

“The MOSAIC TMRG started as the Multicultural TMRG,” Jeremy M., MOSAIC co-chair, explained. “We have 11 other programs that focus on specific groups. What is so powerful about MOSAIC is that we get to spotlight a variety of cultures, groups of people, celebrations and more.”

He joined MOSAIC because he wanted to connect with other Team Members around the globe adding, “I had so much fun during the meetings listening and learning from others. Being included is an important feeling for our team to have a sense of belonging. Also, the chance to network with others from many places is beneficial in understanding how we can appreciate each other’s differences.”

Tatsiana K., Jeremy’s co-chair, finds belonging to the organization a fulfilling experience. “I am originally from Eastern Europe and encouraging other people’s potential makes me excited and happy. We all have talent, yet sometimes we need the time and space to feel like we belong and showcase who we are.”

“MOSAIC is fun because you can easily connect with people, learn about who they are and their cultures. It’s about belonging, and our actions speak louder than words. We actively work through our Microsoft Teams channel to connect and network with our Members, sharing with others what we do.” 

“TMRG groups engage in many community events,” Tatsiana continued. “Our Woman’s TMRG attended a breast cancer awareness walk, MOSAIC recently had a very successful multicultural potluck and our Military TRMG took part in a Veterans Day parade and USO event. All are great ways to connect with people while supporting HGV and local communities.”  

The potluck continues to be a MOSAIC favorite. Jeremy proudly noted, “The MOSAIC TMRG has now successfully had its third annual Diversity Potluck. It brings together Team Members from across the Orlando area to share food that represents each other’s culture. We also play music from around the world and talk about why the food is an important part of where we are from.

“This event continues to grow, and this year, events for the Diversity Potluck extended outside of our region into Canada, Las Vegas and more, thanks to Tatsiana. It truly is a group effort, which is why it is important to welcome new ideas and fresh concepts.”

With the success of the potlucks and other MOSAIC events, Tatsiana is excited about the future. “We look forward to continuing our journey, growing our network, engaging new Team Members to sign up, seeking global ideas and events, looking for ways to identify ambassadors in various regions to make it easier to connect and simply encouraging our Members to share what they want to see in going forward.”

Jeremy is also proud of how HGV creates a culture where Team Members feel a sense of belonging. “As a company, HGV makes you feel like you belong just by having the option to easily sign up for these different groups. In a world where you go to work and then go home, HGV recognizes the importance of camaraderie and being there for each other. HGV created a culture that takes care of its Team Members so we can take care of our Owners and Guests.”

For me HGV is by far the best company that I've worked for. They always want you to improve, grow and be the best that you can be with positive reinforcement.  I'm making the most money I've ever made and I'm happy to be a part of a company that I'm proud of.

Hello, I am writing here as a last resort - I am a timeshare holder and been trying to contact via the 800 number for a week, only to go on hold for an hour+ and yet no contact. Is there a better way to contact? The Chat option is disabled on your site. Please advise. It is frustrating that even though I tried saving my points, It did not happen simply because I was on hold for hours. I was traveling and could not login due to sketchy Wifi. Now Hoping I can get to speak to someone who can help.
