Hitachi Energy to appoint Andreas Schierenbeck as new Chief Executive Officer 

Hitachi Energy announced that Andreas Schierenbeck will be appointed the new Chief Executive Officer effective July 1, 2024. Claudio Facchin, Hitachi Energy CEO, will step down at the end of June 2024. Andreas will engage with the Hitachi Energy Board, Executive Team, and Claudio to ensure a smooth transition prior to the handover on July 1, 2024.

Hitachi Energy, BluVein fast-track electrification of heavy haul mining fleets 

Hitachi Energy and BluVein, an innovator in dynamic charging technology, signed a Memorandum of Understanding to solve one of the biggest challenges in decarbonizing mine operations in Australia and across the globe. 

Our advanced power electronics and digital charging technologies allow BluVein's e-rail charging technology to deliver electricity safely and reliably to haul trucks of up to 400 metric tons while transporting materials.

Hitachi and Penske launch large-scale electric truck charging pilot

Hitachi America, Ltd. (Hitachi), Hitachi Energy, and Penske Truck Leasing launch a large-scale, centralized electric truck charging solution. This groundbreaking project supports Penske’s electric truck deployments for its customers in the Stockton, California area.  

Hitachi Energy’s state-of-the-art Grid-eMotion® Fleet EV charging system is designed to scale up and deliver multi-megawatt level charging capabilities, tailored to meet the demanding requirements of truck fleets of varying sizes.

Hitachi Energy to accelerate introduction of HVDC technology with Grid United to strengthen the US power grid

Hitachi Energy and Grid United will collaborate on high-voltage direct current (HVDC) technology for Grid United transmission projects connecting the eastern and western regional power grids in the US.

Long-distance transmission lines are critical in delivering low-cost energy from areas with access to abundant supply to areas with high demand, addressing the urgent need for power sharing between energy markets. By bridging the east-west divide, they contribute to overcoming a persistent bottleneck in the US energy transition, aligning with the US government’s commitment to accelerate this transition and the priorities of the US Department of Energy.

One of the biggest FAKES in HR than ever made. I have recieved a call from a HR Analist from Colombia, for a position in Santiago de Chile. The position doesnt exist and also the company has a web page for chile.....without any one working there......WHAT KIND OF COMPANY IS THIS. Whats going on with Americas Manager....they are all brasilean friends.....more than 10 years with the same people and they do not let new people come to work there?
