Holding The Space

Holding The Space

I have done a lot of inner work over the years.

I have also spent nearly all my hours in close quarters with my family for the last few years.  (Our little home on wheels is about 300sq’.)

The only big change right now is that Johnny’s here 24/7 too, and we’ve had extended periods together like that before.

I feel like I’ve been in training for this😂

But I also feel sooo emotionally capable of holding the space for others right now.

And I can see that there’s a lot more who feel that resilience holding steady inside of them, too.

I’m holding the space for myself

🤗

I’m holding the space for my family

💗

I’m holding the space for people who are scared, to be capable of stepping out of fear

😉

I’m holding the space for people to recognize the importance of their wellness: physical, mental, emotional and spiritual

🧘🏻‍♀️

I’m holding the space for people to realize the vast amount of power within to improve your life no matter what your current situation looks like

I’m holding the space for a more beautiful world to come

🌎🌍🌏

Imagine us all rising up around the world

🔥

Rising up to hold the space for ourselves and commit to healing on all fronts

🌟

When you are healing you are more and more capable of holding the space for others too, your family... your friends... your community whatever size

👨‍👩‍👧‍👧

(And I think of healing as an ongoing thing, part of every meal, part of every conversation, part of every thought, part of life.)

If everyone is holding the space for everyone else...

We weave a tight web of resilience

🕸

If everyone is committed to their own healing

🌐

We create a culture of wellness

🌏🌍🌎

So hold the space for whoever you can in whatever way you’re capable.

Starting with you.
