A legal aid case management software that works as hard as you do

Created with the assistance and feedback of UK solicitors, and accessible from any computer, it’s designed to make Criminal Controlled, Civil Controlled and Civil Certified legal aid work and billing quicker, accurate and cost effective. With it, legal aid firms can:

  • Save time with in-app lookups of legal aid rates and codes —no more searching hundreds of rows in a PDF.
  • Generate and submit accurate claims to the Legal Aid Agency’s CWA Portal —some early access users have reported saving days in their month-end billing efforts.
  • Get a complete view of the status of your legal aid cases —know when to apply for escape fees and when to move a matter to the next stage with threshold notifications and easy-to-read dashboards.
