1moGreat point about execution vs innovation—first hand, this is where it helps to have an innovator from outside come in to fix from the inside. Agree 💯 on new primes—requirement for percentage on MDAP of new entrants is a great start for boosting revenues of new entrants. Other part of the equation is capital, access to capital to boost new entrant balance sheet and have a chance to compete. 💪 🙏
