My approach to ideation diverges from the conventional, favoring metaphors and creativity-stimulating methods to unearth a plethora of solutions. I believe in entrusting idea evaluation to those with the keen ability to recognize potential and employ strict criteria to meet stakeholder needs. Despite the common push for prototyping, I lean on intuition, questioning its absolute necessity. I hold that effective communication is as crucial as the idea itself, advocating for a collective effort in presenting our innovations. Continual learning and an innovative culture are paramount, protecting the core of original ideas against dilution. I enforce a policy where "no" is not an option during brainstorming, fostering an environment where every suggestion is explored, ensuring a diverse and rich outcome.

Identify the problem

At the very start, ensuring everyone is onboard and aligned is paramount. The initial step in the creative process involves a collective effort to precisely articulate the challenge ahead. It's essential to leverage the unique strengths, experiences, and perspectives each team member brings. Facilitating open dialogue, promoting active listening, and valuing diverse opinions are fundamental.
