By getting in full commitment by Senior Managers and executives. All Senior level staff should attend the IOSH Managing safely for Executives & Directors Staff also need to commit to H&S but it starts at the top I'm afraid to say not bottom up. If it's driven from the top then it promotes a safety culture that everyone adhears too.

Good Insights shared during the Roundtable on improving Safety over-and-above Training, Awareness, and Competence, and not merely focusing on Safety for Regulatory Compliance. Safety is indeed a Pillar for Success and it does not require a Catastrophe for it to be Front and Centre for any Organisation.
