How to combat the 3 challenges impacting your organization's growth 👀
If you know me well, you know I am a HUGE HubSpot fan (some of my colleagues even call me Holly HubSpot.)
HubSpot is the master of rapid growth. They grew from $255,000 in revenue in 2007 to $15.6 million in 2010. This accelerated progress has fascinated me since they started, and in my early Marketing days, I followed their blogs religiously.
You could now call me a raving fan of their business. I trust their insight because I've seen it work.
Last month, they reported that growth is currently a huge challenge for leaders right now, and they attribute it to a lack of:
1. Data connectedness
2. Effective hybrid work environments
3. Sales engagement
The common factor: connectivity.
We need systems that talk, people that connect, and a mission that we don't have to sell people on because they understand that it's essential.
As a leader of a fast-growing business, this got me thinking...are we doing everything we can to counter these challenges?
As you read my answers, do the exercise for your own organization.
Here's what I realized when assessing how we're growing and supporting our teams here at Leadr.

1. 74% of businesses report they need to switch between many different tools to get their jobs done.
At Leadr, we "dog food" our own product, meaning, we use it before and more than anyone else. It's our one-stop shop for all things people. This means spending less money on multiple platforms and less time frustrated with the lack of integration and simplicity.
2. 31% of flex workers cited relationship-building as a difficulty for them.
We have a hybrid team, but with Leadr as our epicenter for communication, a commitment to our 5 foundations, and an emphasis on frequent all-staff meetings and team gatherings, we are able to stay connected. We can even see real-time data through our Insights tool about how engaged our team is feeling.
3. 31% of sales professionals say building trust and rapport with prospects became more crucial in 2022 vs. 2021.
There's no doubt that building trust is harder in a digital age, but when you believe in your mission and want to share it with the world, it's a lot easier.
This is a real Leadr customer quote: "I love the connection you guys make with us and our team. You don't have to do that, but you do. It would be so easy for you to take our payment and move on, but you connect with us because you genuinely care about the mission of caring and developing people well."
How you live out your mission matters to your customers. ✅
Are you able to point to the initiatives your organization is taking to solve for the connectivity problem that could be stunting your organization's growth?
PS. If you're looking for a one-stop-shop that can solve for all 3 of these lacking necessities, I'd love to talk to you about how Leadr can help. Request a demo to tour the Leadr platform here.
Until next time. Lead on,
