What resonated with me the most is: Your 2 Values - know them, and learn those of the people you are in the room with Peer to peer learning and coaching - the strongest teams are willing to be honest rather than nice, and are actively invested in helping each other do better. Accept that you don't know everything, and you probably never will 😂 This last one takes a lot of the pressure off that would otherwise feed imposter syndrome.
