How did I design my app in a low-budget and time-constrained environment !?

How to decide features for your app? How to not make app complicated? How to make app user-friendly? How to address each and every user needs in the application? 

Step 1: Let your imagination run wild.

List down all the features you have in mind. Don’t constrain your thoughts for anything — technology, platform, budget, language.

Step 2: Now Divided those features in groups, based on their core functionality.

Step 3: Now connect those features to the specific user group — that you are trying to target.

And that’s it. Now you would know which features are important. 

Now assign a priority number to each feature, based on your budget, time frame, and target audience.
