How one can embark on the path of continuous improvement ?
I use the simple template below, which I created, and I do an "introspection" every weekend to determine how to improve each of these aspects or dimensions of my life further. Yes, sometimes, I slip and fall but every time I exhibit "resilience" to continue the journey.
I am sharing what works for me. And is obvious, that you need to find out what sustainably works for you.
The dimensions that I have taken in my above template are
I then mark the "intersection" cell as Y for Yes and N for No considering the actual progress on that day. I removed the exact activities that I do under each of these sections because that's something "personal" and this is an article on social media platforms like LinkedIn. So, along a similar line of thought, you can fill in your own activities and then use this sheet to fill it "every day" before you go to sleep.
And then reserve around two hours every weekend to reflect on the sheet and see
