It was all going smoothly until December 2019 when the winds of change began to blow with unprecedented force. The sudden disruption of COVID-19 forced the institution to adapt rapidly to a new reality, navigating uncertainties in remote learning, shifting student priorities, and financial instability. In the face of unprecedented challenges brought about by the global pandemic, IHM/IHNA, an institution once thriving with 400 dedicated staff members, found itself at a crossroads.

Amidst all the chaos and confusion, a group of unsung heroes stepped forward: Education agents! These agents, often overlooked in broader narratives of institutional success, recognised IHM/IHNA's struggle and became instrumental in its resurgence. Bringing expertise and a profound commitment to education, they worked diligently behind the scenes, navigating the labyrinth of enrolment processes with precision and dedication.

Our agents brought with them not only expertise but a profound commitment to education. Like superheroes in disguise, they plowed through mazes of enrolment procedures with razor-sharp precision and unwavering dedication. They proved that education agents are the real MVPs when it comes to global education.

This story serves as a reminder of the significant and positive impact education agents, including those from, can have, fostering a deeper understanding of their importance in the educational ecosystem.
